If you have sold a vehicle but the buyer does not complete the transfer What can I do?<\/u><\/strong> Well, all is not lost. There is a procedure or process in traffic law called NOTIFY THE SALE<\/u><\/strong>. For a minimal cost, we can notify the traffic authorities that the vehicle is no longer our property and that the buyer has yet to finalize the transfer of ownership.<\/p>\n

This doesn't transfer ownership of the vehicle to the new owner, but it does provide proof that it's no longer ours, and we'll always have documentation for any fines or penalties. This document protects us from any infractions.<\/p>\n

Likewise, with this notification of sale, we are not harming the buyer at all, as they will only have to complete their procedures normally and will obtain the circulation permit without any problem.<\/p>\n

This is the best solution when selling a vehicle: notify the seller of the sale and don't worry about whether the buyer completes the paperwork or not; that will no longer be a problem for us.<\/strong> <\/p>\n
